>>12297211Relaxing and similar to what I do. I take 50mg (100mg if I’m restless) of Diphenhydramine HCI (Benadryl) and 3mg of melatonin, then I browse here or Youtube until meds kick in. Sometimes I’ll fap before taking the meds if I feel like it, since it makes me more relaxed afterwards. If I do fap, I’ll likely listen to music afterwards too (after taking meds) since it becomes more enjoyable.
