I have lowered pain sensitivty in my right hand from constant breaking of objects with it. Never been peppersprayed, but accidentally rubbed chilli in my eyes. It's probably way worse than me, but wouldn't stop me completely. Military guys also have to go through pepperspray training if I remember right
