I agree, being fat is a shame and can easily be circumvented but my study on my friend who is pretty chonky shows that his 'stomach full, stop eating dummy' response is a little messed up;
my stomach alerts me the moment im full and i dont eat more than i can handle.
Him on the other hand, chonky boy seems to not have that, or its delayed massively, like 20 minutes. He also does not feel physical pain from eating too much like me. Im 150lbs and 5'11" which is a normal BMI in burgerland but he is 6'0" and 360lbs which is morbidly obese.
