Obese people literally don't move for hour. I've seen many stories where the obese person lost a bunch of weight simply by standing more, then walking more as they gained the ability.
I think if you're over 300 pounds reading this you need to realize you don't have to go to the gym or go running or anything like that. Just stand and walk more
