My first girlfriend did the same thing after she told me after 8 months that "she didn't love me and that's why we hadn't fucked yet, and that she was moving on with her life because she'd gotten a new job that wasn't in retail (I'm a uni student).
She was also hanging out a lot on Steam with this other guy she worked with, yet wonders why I want nothing to do with her. She apparently thought it was because I "wasn't mature enough" to be friends with her. I'm honestly starting to wonder if there actually exists any woman that has a shred of fucking self awareness, because I sure as ain't seeing it.
