>>10081492yeah, I looked more. There are over 100 of those 1k properties right now. Many of them are really bad. The point was about wasted resources, letting them get that way in the first place, not using what can be slavage or rehabed, and not dealing with them once they are that way.
Still some have good foundations or brick and stone work, and even if you could save 1/2 or 1/3 of them, it's better than letting them rot.
Taxes are theft, but who cares about letting properties go to waste because you're still clinging to " but muh back taxes, who will pay my back taxes I was owed." That's some dumb ass shit right there.
Wipe the back taxes to buyers and improvers, and instead you could be having some current taxes, revenues, and increases property values.
Once you start getting to the 10k range, you see things like pic. A great opportunity for the right person.
