There is no "new Israel", everyone can believe in Christ but Israel is not simply spiritual, it's the physical descendants of Jacob (Israel), and they are called to be a separate people, God's instrument on the earth that would bless all families of the earth. "Jews" do not qualify for that at all. White Christians however fulfill all prophecies of Israel in history. And the whole book of Revelation is centered around the Roman earth and western civilization. The bible never mentions China or India, it is only concerned with Israel and only mentions other nations because they came in contact with Israel.
It's very plain, people are just not used to this because Zionism poisoned the entire Christian world. And now Christians became Judeo-Christians that believe that literal anti-Christs (Jews) will at some point in the future become flaming evangelists. That will of course not happen, they simply misplaced the identity of the Israelites, and now people wonder why things are so destructive, why the Christian world bears so many bad fruits.
Two crucial misconceptions of Zionist Judeo-Christianity:
1. The identity of the Israelites was misplaced and given to flaming anti-Christs and use Christians in their anti-Christian politics and destroy Christendom slowly from within. That idea became popular through Zionism in the age of Philadelphia where God prophesied there will be a people who claim to be Judaeans (with the assumption that they have the scepter and not Jesus Christ), but are not, and do lie, and are the synagogue of satan.
2. The mainstream interpretation of the book of Revelation is a futurist sensationalist speculation that came out of Catholicism as a counter-reformation scheme. The Reformation fathers knew the superior and faith-increasing interpretation is the historic interpretation.
