well i haven't had a gyro in greece but here it's made with pork, not lamb so idk why he specified that he's going with pork this time. as far as i know it's always pork. anyway, looks tasty but those dumb pitas he made look unwieldly, i'd rather have the classic gyro in a wrap. also this one place i know in sofia puts mayo in the tzatziki not just yoghurt and it's soooooooo good but very rich.
also he forgot the fries, there's usually fries in a gyro
