>>9664519>Absalom, Absalom! became my favourite book.Good. I read The Sound and the Fury when I was 15 I think and it totally blew up my mind. Prior to that I didn't have any understanding of Modernism at all and didn't pay any attention to subjectivity/objectivity of the narrative, so that book changed my perception of literature pretty drastically and still remains one of my favourite books ever. Also, As I Lay Dying was probably the second book I read in English in complete.
