>>19711593When Kelly spots Sheila at the bar, a chill goes down her spine as her mind travels back to that fateful night she saw her last, the night Kelly first made the mistake of trying to get the better of Nikki Kade. All she had to show for that and everything that happened subsequently were two visits to the hospital, two losses and a hefty fine.
So when a small part of Kelly that doesn’t want to let go of the past, consequences be damned, wills her to sneak up behind Sheila, grab a bottle, glass her over the head then send pics of the attack to Nikki, she finds it easy to resist the temptation. Provoking Cassie’s psycho of a sister was a mistake she didn't plan to repeat. Letting her have the last word as she did with that steel chair attack was the only way to fix it.
Besides, Sheila didn’t deserve to be caught between them. In fact, by all accounts, Kelly owed her one. So as she draws closer to Sheila from behind, it is with a gentle touch that Kelly rests a hand on the blonde’s shoulder to get her attention.
>I take it you’re not doing the Priscilla impression tonight? Good, I like you better as yourself.Kelly winks, then turns toward the bartender
>Get me a Black Velvet. And one for her too.The bartender nods, and Kelly turns to Sheila once again
>I know Nikki’s your friend. And your friend, well, she hurt me quite a lot. But I’ll be honest, I hurt her a lot too, and to be fair, I kinda started the whole thing. Probably shouldn’t have done that.Kelly sighs
>Sorry, I’m rambling. What I want to say is I sort of remember you being there before the ambulances showed after Nikki went psycho and speared me out of an upstairs window.>Cassie is overseas doing god knows what and Kasumi is… Kasumi. So I had no one watching my back that night. >Could have been real bad for me if you decided to finish what Nikki started before the ambulances got there. Way worse than it was.>But you didn't>So thanks, I guess. For being better than either of us.
