My personal take is to not be tempted AND to not fear. There are many things we like about being here, and that's because they're analogous to things in the Pleroma. They will use that, but knowing the real deal is NOT in this realm will help you no to be attracted back to this place.
Think of it this way:

>racing in F1 in real lifeThis is one aspect. Because we are in general ignorant of what the Pleroma is (and who we are), we choose here over the real thing. It's actually more perverse than that, as 99.99% of the people don't even know they have a choice. Ignorance strips us of the choice in the first place. It's twisted beyond our imagination. That part of my take: do not consent. Do not get lured.
The second is fear, fear of the unknown and fear of the archons. If you fear not going into the light, then you may choose to go back. Remember in that state of consciousness, feelings are expanded to 10, 100 times what we fell in our physical bodies. You WILL get overwhelmed by feels as there's no physical shielding anymore. That's why the love is so intense when people have NDEs, you feel purely. Secondly is fear of the archons. They will try to scare you off. They'll say and show horrible things, but it's an illusion, it's a trick. The moment you fear them, you're lost. This is why it's good to have faith in a higher power, as this will give an upper hand out there (anything will do, so long your mind focuses on the higher power, not the fear).
I have this suspicion the archons, the shadow people, and demons are one and the same. It makes sense because our minds affect their world, so one way to prevent us from fighting is to induce fear. But to understand this you'll have to watch the video I'll link. (1/2)
