I don't think it would take any more than that in the USA either but they do not do it, for some reason. Instead, they let the cretins in the USA government defend themselves from legal capabilities with the protocols of civil etiquette. Those protocols provide no defense against high explosive tank munitions so my enemies in the USA have a severe flaw in their defensive posture.
