Worked full time since I was 13.
Dropped out of highschool and got a GED and started my "career" and did college from 17+.
Automotive technology and I worked in a butchery.
I did 80 hour weeks for 10 years..got married had kids and put a gun to my head every night cause I hated all of it.
We ended up moving out, I quit my job. And we subsistence farm. I do private contract work to pay for property tax and she does at home computer work to pay for shit you otherwise can't make.
I can't make a engine.
I can't make a car.
I can't make certain tools.
You will never make butter cheaper than you can buy it.
We are poultry focused and I eat deer as red meat occasionally. I only have 4 acres but it's pressed against protected wetlands and the guy I bought the property from. We have endless forest behind us.
City is about a 45 minute drive.
I read a lot with my spare time and I am now a socialist who donates excess food and does charity construction work as long as the person buys materials.
