Get some perspective, I saw a skinhead pretty much get turned into a vegetable just because he swore at a mongrel mob member and called him a nigger and they all rushed into his cell the next day when the screws came to unlock us for rec.
I later talked to the guy who he called a nigger. Apparently they beat him on the ground until he was unconscious, the others left and then he stayed and just kept kicking him in the head repeatedly. The screws didn't necessarily turn a blind eye but there are no cameras in cells, only out in the rec area, so the incident just got swept under the rug.
I know it's shit losing the stuff you've saved, but at least it's not irretrievable, like that guys ability to talk properly and make sense about whatever he's trying to say.
