I am aware SSRI's may produce modest benefit since its seritonergic effects inhibit dopamine. Does anyone here know anything about impulse control disorders such as this in-depth and have any suggestion for what SSRI is best. I am under the impression that sertraline would work better than citalopram but i do not know why.
