I don't know how insane this shit is but is something like this: what if you, me or anyone else are literally just the product of the mind of someone daydreaming? Hell, for all i know any of you guys might not even be real and the dreamer himself just imagined you for me to post this, or even all the other way around. Perhaps the dreamer himself just gave me this knowledge to torture me for the fact that I'm maybe not even real and that he can literally "kill me" within a single tough of one second.
