look down at your hand and extend your fingers
imagine, feel or visualize they're being constantly zapped by miniature currents
Your hand should go numb very quickly
Now do the opposite and imagine the currents are going out
The idea is to be able to make it go "in" and "out" so quickly yet with so much energy behind it it starts to arc out like force lightning infront of you.
You can also just shortcircuit machines, light things on fire, or massage yourself or others to stimulate their bioelectrical field making them healthier or the opposite make them unhealthy if say you touch them so it rips their heart apart by fucking up their electrical rythm.
