When I see my chan has risen in popularity, I will consider to make a rule which states that I and other mods have the right to immediately ban posters which show similar posting patterns from already banned posters to fight against UNWANTED spamers and ban evaders more efficient. If someone "innocent" got accidently banned because of it, he just should post a short plea directly to me and I will lift the ban.
If I didn't get a plea then I know that the banned poster didn't really wanted to "contribute" something to the chan.
