>>14081914I hear ya. I'm sure you could set up a simple template like that. I usually use the tape plugins on groups because they eat CPU pretty quick. You could do a simple 16 track template in your daw, and just have an instance of the tape on the master channel, and maybe use one as an insert here or there as you go for more character and distortion on specific instruments.
FWIW If you can't afford the software, I should let you know there there are pirated versions of all the IK tape plugins available. Up to your ethics as to whether or not you'd do that, but they're out there. Pic related.
