the only difference is, I make it in a simple kitchen pot, not using special autoclave. the rest is patience and good ingredients. only beef, onions, peppercorns and a bay leaf one per 500ml jar. I strongly advise you to use no bigger than 700ml jars because if made properly, its waaay enough to feed three people (with garnish), and if you have a bigger family, obviously use 1L jars. no idea what it is in retarded imperial measurments, calculate by yourself.
