It is known that when a woman is introduced in an environment of males, the tendency is that males may develop a sense of harshness towards each other. The third reason is: There are effeminate members on forums, and these guys they identify themselves with women, as if they themselves wanted to be mommies. So when this type of fellow see a picture of a woman, they feel enchanted and all their sense of criticism towards a subject (topic) gets vanished, just like Pavlovian the effect: You show a food and a bell sound to a dog for several times and the dog salivates. Then it reaches a time the dog salivates just by seeing the bell. Same for certain males seeing a woman and another thing.
Fourth reason: Deradicalization. That is the cute word they may use to justify the usage of content about women, at least the Western shills. They are generally feminized, so you can expect the means by which they reached the conclusion they should use women content for "deradicalization" gives an alternative explanation to my suppositions, or at least use a more mild language.
