The Industrial Revolution is over, Carl Schmitt, Theodore Adorno and Jose Ortega y Gassett, three that come to mind that at least said something meaningful were political. That's all that's left of serious philosophy. Economists, sociologists, and psychologists often say philosophical statements I guess.
