~ 400g of rice
gingerbread
sausages
steak
noodles
sweets
donuts
hamburgers
you name it... all of the above in variations
comes down to about 10.000 cal a day
had to ditch sugary drinks because i got kidneystones
tried drinking beer, did not help
i am sick of eating but as soon as i stop overeating i drop to 270 or 260
any advice?
