Stress causes low libido, and it's easy to spend your free time playing video games or doing other stupid shit when you should be in bed having sex. Low libido doesn't give you ED. If you're not having sex with your spouse on any given night it boils down to getting in bed too late and only initiating when you are horny. Don't wait for that to happen out of nowhere because it becomes rare as you get older. Getting in bed with someone you love and making out with them for a while usually does the trick.
