But whenever you feel sad about something, or feel any emotion that you don’t like, just change it to humor. Laugh at it, even if it isn’t funny.
After a few weeks of practice it will become second nature, and you’ll never look back.
You’ll remember how much energy you wasted being sad, you’ll realize that you actually put more effort into being sad than it takes to be happy.
Being sad is exhausting, you’ll see :)
