Anyways, Vtubers are by in large comedians of a stripe, or if that's pulling to far to you, entertainers. A question was posed that went "What if we had anime characters streamed video games, but it was life." And, voila, Vtubers. I think the intended experience is that you laugh, have fun, and keep respectful barrier between yourself and the performer. If someone is getting a little creepy about it, I think the problem may be with that person. With that said, sometimes harmful outcomes can come from the performer's behavior or what they allow in their audience. All in all, it's not that complicated. We are just contending with another trend.
