All nation states nowadays are just nation state simulations. They're not states but actually companies pretending to be states. They're registered in the trade register. To them people are just collateral-accounts, with liabilities and assets just like a company has balance sheets.
You interact with them through voluntary association with your juristic person (aka body corporate), but you as a human, you the man or woman, you are a natural person.
The System relies on this voluntary association with the juristic person they create with the birth certificate, magical things starts to happen when you consequently not associate with your juristic person.
