maybe dont take all that much calcium but if you do its prob good to take it with d3 and k2
i heard magnesium is also important for the d3 and k2 thing
borax will also help direct minerals into the right places so take some of that but not too much i think it accumulates
quercetin i also take daily, milk thistle is great with the probiotics i take because i have ground seeds and its good fibre for them, also inulin or whenver you eat / have carbs / sweets then is the best time for probiotics or fermented foods like kefir
if you take lots of zinc might want to take some copper occasionally it ttends to get depleted by zinc, you need it for iron uptake and also for your hair color
copper peptides + tyorsine make tyrosinase which is responsible for putting the right amount of melanin pigment to colorize your hair (not just brown, also fpr blonde)
i just put some copper and tyrosine powder into my hair growth serum since i found both will help on the scalp anyways
