The infuriating part is that I have to tolerate some of these retards since I have to work with some of them on a daily basis (at least it's remote).
As for my ways to cool off:
>lift weights>do cardio / jogging / swimming>getting drunk (but trying to cut it out since it's not a healthy habit)>listen to music>go for walks in my local park
