At least no one who isn't a complete idiot. The older you get and the more you learn, the more you realize how little you actually know. The universe is an inconceivably huge and complicated place and once you have well and truly learned everything there is to know on a topic, you do your own research. This is the premis of post graduate education, particularly in earning a PhD. You are clearly pretty sharp, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. You will find something you really are passionate about and you will make it your bitch.
