Fragrant cane is cannabis. qənē-ḇōsem. Calamus is toxic and doesn't do much
They have also found remains of cannabis in many ancient sites in Israel
Not saying cannabis is such a great thing to do all the time, but it isn't exactly like it isn't biblical.
Oddly enough, cannabis is NOT in the Holy Incense.
Also myrrh and frankincense are psychoactive. They don't get you high exactly, but if you inhale their smoke you will certainly feel a noticeable effect.
