>>23317164>>23317165Reports indicate that during court testimony in his sexual assault trials, Harvey Weinstein's genitalia were described by multiple accusers as deformed due to a severe bacterial infection.
Description from accusers
During Weinstein's trials, several victims testified about the appearance of his penis. Descriptions included:
"Disgusting" and "looked like it had been chopped off and sewn back on".
"Strange" and "fish-like" with "lots of skin down there".
Cause of the deformation
Fournier's gangrene: Prosecutors explained in the 2020 New York trial that scarring and alterations in Weinstein's genitals were the result of surgery to treat Fournier's gangrene, a serious bacterial infection.
Genital appearance as evidence: The specific appearance of Weinstein's genitals, including his penis and scarred inner thigh where his testicles were surgically moved, was used by prosecutors to corroborate the accusers' testimonies that they had seen him naked.
Use of images in court
Jurors in both the New York and Los Angeles trials were shown photographic evidence of Weinstein's genitals to help confirm the accusers' accounts.
In one trial, the jury was shown the pictures in a private room.
