I have a feeling this dude relates and associates himself with retards in the same way that pedos relate to children; It's a weird psychological coping mechanism when they're not molesting anybody (not implying they never molest anybody when doing this.) I also think he may suffer a slight disability himself, which is why his videos are disability focused. He doesn't seem to be fully there and many of his eye and mouth / head movements are unnatural and over-enthused.
