I can't eat Skyr because of my mild lactose intolerance, I eat Greek yogurt instead which doesn't have an effect on me for some reason.
If you're going to change your diet I'd advice first giving up soda, candy, chips and ice cream while eating moderately healthy foods. I at least couldn't completely change my diet overnight.
