You have everything including running water (And water filter so you can drink water from the sea without salt) and you can stay on the sea as long as you have food (You can fish, but i would fear mercury poisoning). The only downside is that the good sailboat with all of this costs around $400k and i would prefer to buy a house and a plane for that amount of money, i was thinking about this and even if i make it in crypto, it's just easier to live in one place e.g. farm and just pay that property tax.
