Evil and Good are both aspects of a cosmic generative principle. In attempting to end the cosmic generating principle of Evil you eliminate the cosmic generating principle for Good. This isn't very complicated.
B and C are a Binary which are constantly generated by A. If you want to 'destroy' one part of the binary you have to destroy what generates it. When you eliminate the generator, you collapse and eliminate the binary.

Your goal, taken to its conclusion is, in fact, the victory for evil. The 'highest' evil in reality is the one which pridefully resents the cosmic generating principle itself and seeks its destruction above all else. It will gleefully lie to you about the 'goodness' and 'virtue' of this path to 'defeat' evil.
