It seems as if people who harp on about social constructs are confusing socially determined phenomenon with biological or physical phenomenon that you could misconstrue as social because its a necessity to interpret things via language which is technically a social construct.
They also have no respect for construct validation.
All that said, even if you can demonstrably say one race is outright inferior to another, I don't think even that is adequate to justify racism because the sovereignty of the individual is categorically more valuable. What's most important is to maintain a state of autonomy to allow people the maximum amount of mutual personal agency possible and the differences between people will manifest naturally. Attempts to artificially restrict people based on trends can only unjustly force outliers back into the group they're outliers of.
