The first female Marine infantry platoon leader passed IOC for the first time in the US's history last year. If her platoon was deployed to combat, she would be the first female combat officer commanding a combat platoon in combat ever (in the US's 240 year history). She reportedly carrier the 100lbs (45kg) of supplies on her back just like the men did and was the only female to pass out of 36 females that attempted the course.
