Is there anything I can do if an employer offers me a job after 3 rounds of interviews, a background check, and then ghosting me the moment I sent over photo copies of my ID and social? I'm getting ghosted by not one but 2 employers where 1 felt like they'd actually give me the job but I think they were using me as a guinea pig test subject and had no intention of hiring me.
I reached out to the founder of that company after getting back with me almost instantly and now he's ghosting me. Fuck this Earth.
