>>10848003>And how long have they given you to get situated?technically? tomorrow is the start of my training because these past two weeks has just been me helping my buddy who will be my second shift counterpart. he has been carrying 2 shifts on his own and he was too busy to give me any training, i had about 4 hours a day that i could train with him but that never happened. the only reason i wanted to talk to her tonight is that i wanted to run through the names of everyone at dayshift with her and she could tell me what projects this person typically do and which one i could rely on ECN and that they can take of themselves and etc, things like that.
what happened? 2016 happened and i lost faith.
