Honestly in order to feel better it's a long road; start by giving yourself ever increasing goals with each day, make friends (discord friends work too) and most importantly try to be quietly mindful about literally everything. Being kind for the sake of it helps too.
Mindfulness is the act of figuring out your own thoughts. This entails reasoning with yourself about ideas and constructing what i guess would be statements on each. It really helps you break out of the depressive cycles that our modern world is conducive to.
I'll give you homework if you want, think to yourself about the nature of life and death; the aim here is to find a reason you'd be okay with dying in your old age and why making someone else's life tangibly worse at no benefit to anyone is one of the worst things we can do.
Good luck anon, it'll take a very long time but just keep at it until you have a little paragraph of thoughts on most things you can percieve or contemplate.
