I just got off the phone with a contact I have who's so plugged-in he glows in the dark. According to him, Bill Priestap has been Golden shower Boy #1 on all things political at the FBI since early 2015. His gig as CI director is a cover for black ops and underground sabotage of RWDS. Remember that time the FBI assessed the top domestic threat as being disgruntled veterans? That was Bill. He's rumored to have financial connections with some Clinton money laundry somewhere, but my source doesn't know where. He just knows Bill's suits cost a lot for a man who makes a GS-15 salary.
Anyway, here's the breakdown:
Bill Priestap didn't get where he {was} by not kissing ass. My source says nobody at that level is a risk taker. Literally everything gets run past the boss, most especially a political op to sabotage Donald Trump. Source wasn't part of that, but he says there's zero chance someone with Priestap's clearance level just does shit like wiretapping a presidential candidate without clearance from above.
