>>13233451He signifies Truth itself. And in that sense he is not limited to a certain framework or religious confession. Parties and religious corporations are limited with a separatist d&c attitude. "We are always better than they are". The kind of ego attitudes as if they own the truth, as if truth belongs only to a certain worldly fading ego-mindset, that's contradictory and not whole (holy). Truth is within the world, within many cultural ways and expressions. And they can all lead to oneness as a wholeness (holiness), being whole and healthy.
No worldly egotistical corporate concept is above the truth. Truth does not need a corporation, or a second hand priesthood representative, or force of proselytizing. Truth stands bright and clear by itself, his own representative in the world for those who are able to see. Truth is unbendable, untouchable, and no human ego can claim ownership of THE truth itself. Truth is the only way to God, and you have to find it within, spiritually, and around you in harmony. You don't need to "fix" the truth intellectually, just realize that there is an all-encompassing distinct truth in everything, even if you can't see it at the moment. It's there, and if you put your focus within and what happens around you, in a humble way, stepping back a little from what your worldly ego assumes, then you invite the truth to come to you and reveal itself. That is Christ to me.
And mainstream Christianity does not see it that way. It feels to me as if most Christians think Christianity is only about the bible and the various assumptions about the bible and religious corporations. But that would be half true I'm afraid. To me original Christianity is about the highest realization of truth, truth should be the center of this teaching. Truth is pure and above everything. It's about finding truth wherever you currently stand, and learning to find the truth within and around. But not an eternal disputation about who's ego supposedly owns the truth.
