I've been trying to get back into fasting since like October but could not pull through. Fasting was my main method of weight loss back in 2018. I was at 105kg/232lbs at the beginning of 2018. Lost it all that fat in 1 year and also gained it all back in the following. Now I'm trying to lose it again. Currently (as of today) supplementing L-cysteine to suppress hunger/appetite. Will see how that works. If it successfully does what I want then I'll be able to sustain my fast since the first week is always the worst. Also simultaneously quitting nicotine.
