I don't like Leto for various reasons, we have been in a very loud fight for a very long while, however, this is not how you deal with the issue. If he is genuinely doing that, report the stream and talk to the FBI or NCMEC about it. I think both would be very interested, especially the former when it comes to the /cumg/ generals on that one website.
