You can produce your own probiotic yogourt:
buy:
-probiotic yogourt, 1 time expense
-whole milk 3,5%+ fat
-cream, 40% fat
-cheap vodka
procedure:
clean pot and canning glasses with cheap vodka
mix 1l milk, 200 ml cream and probiotic yogourt in pot
carefully warm up to about 30°C, dont know what °F that is because im not an amerimutt
fill mixture into glasses, leave at room temp for about 1-2 days untill mixture has firmed up
you can use the last glass of yogourt to start a new batch and freeze the yogourt if neccessary.
this yogourt will have about 10% fat, its good for your stomach health and its litterally protein and fat with low carbs, healthiest food you can get.
