Find a smaller bull and he isn’t as rough on the smaller heifer when mating, and if the genetics are right will produce a smaller birthweight calf to make it easier on the first time mom. The following year she is a cow, a proven breeder, and you can put any bull on her you like and even with a bigger calf she seldom will have problems.
I see no reason it’s different with women.
Also I have seen a woman stub their toe on furniture and am unconvinced they can tolerate pain. Birth is a normal bodily function like pee pee poo poo no need for hospital unless the baby is stuck (constipated)
