Solo is fine. Local government there is ruining the city with ill conceived regulations and city planning so the people who grew up there are moving away while refugees keep flocking to it to form their own ghettos for some reason. It's becoming a pretty stark example of rich people on one side of town while poor people end up on the other. Gang crime has also been steadily increasing and the police do literally nothing even when they themselves are being assaulted. Very sad state of affairs. I'm sure a quick visit would be fine though.
