Also a large part of them are workers from gulf states who only like the climate and better working conditions but will just move on to Germany or somewhere after they realize they can get 3 times higher wages, even better working and cheaper living standards.
Eventually they either return home or move to a richer country because Croatia is poorer than even most other eastern EU members.
Having said that I really hate our government, especially the ruling HDZ and our PM, how they don't want to raise living standards and make wages attractive to normal people so when Croats leave, some of our ministers had started private businesses for importing asian workers so they could get rich along the way. The absolute worst thing is when Plenković, our prime minister, starts saying how it's good and unavoidable that the country is becoming more diverse. The fucking audacity of this bitch, you absolute despicable nigger baboon with your evil herzegovno mafia government that is getting rich on importing cheap workers and actively refusing to let Croats have normal living standards and prices because your Brussel-owned-ass let's German supermarket charge higher prices in Croatia than in their native country.
