Same goes for w*rk actually, i just let the body do the talking while completely detached from reality. And there are fruits of this behaviour, as i write at least half a page of notes everyday. It's quite interesting actually, seemingly random actions/events can connect and bring forth things(ideas) that would never have occurred any other way.
